Here is my entry.
Its my first time entering into this contest. I am Nigerian and as such, I love my native food. This right here is called Fufu with efo riro (Vegetable soup). Fufu is made from cassava and the vegetable soup is a combination of Spinach(Ugwu leaves) and one other type of vegetable. I hope you love it.
