This series I’m about to share with you are the things I have learnt overtime while listen to a great man I met 8 years ago and I can say from my first encounter with him, I knew that it was going to be a smooth journey filled with greater level of self-fulfillment and self-actualization. I can say it has been from one level of greatness to another.
He is a man that thought EXCELLENCE with passion and he practices what is teaches even to letter. He has made me to recognize that excellence is a life style and also an attitude that everyone should aim to attain as well as imbibe.
He is a lover of God and teaches His word without any form of compromise or lies but exactly what the word (bible) says about that particular topic. He has written many books and some had been translated into different languages. The above introduction are just few information about him. We call him REVO but his real name is Rev. Gbeminiyi Eboda. If you Google that name then you can know more about him and his good works.
The purpose of this write up is actually to point out those things I learnt while listening to him. They were picked from my own personal jottings, and I believe if he can be of a great blessings to me then you should also enjoy what am enjoying while listening to this unique great man of God.

It simply means you don't need a title or rank even a position to lead. Lead means to take the initiative or take charge even when you the leader. No one is born to lead, but most leaders learn to lead due to their desire and drive to do it.
Leadership is having the desire to be involved and a commitment to make the difference.

- don't try to be force things on people. Just share your thoughts and let the lesson in it be received freely without any form of force. Is just like saying “you can talk or teach but not everyone is listen or learning "... Teach all the same.

- don't be too familiar with someone you should always honor because over-familiarity blocks free flow of knowledge and ideas. When you think you know someone too well, you tend to lose the value such individual can add to you or bring to the table. Be careful.

- The commitment shown towards a particular thing determines how far you will go with that thing. It explains how much you want protect it and how much you want it to continue to exist. Your level of commitment has a lot to do with your level of result either in the long run or short run.
