A wonderfully mild, beautiful morning with temperatures above 10 degrees and a pink sunrise. I was out very early, while the night was still quiet, so quiet that you could even see and hear the bats flitting about along the Spree. With all these colors everywhere, I chose to do my usual loop around Luiseninsel this morning, walking at intervals through the palace park. The contractor came by for the last time today and finally finished the patio floor, and afterward I was able to do a few necessary touch-ups and cleaning tasks before I could finally move all the plants and furniture back out of the apartment onto the patio. So after a week and a half, that cluttered-storage-room feeling is finally gone, and the patio is clean and the floor looks great. It all feels a bit like moving into a new place. I’d done some stretching exercises at home beforehand, and of course enjoyed some breathing and meditation exercises on Luiseninsel by the shore near the old alder tree. The photos today clearly speak for themselves through their colors, just enjoy them.

Ein super milder, wunderbarer Morgen über 10 Grad mit pinkfarbenem Sonnenaufgang. Ich war sehr früh unterwegs, noch in der nächtlichen Ruhe, in der man an der Spree sogar noch die Fledermäuse schwirren sehen und hören konnte. Die Luiseninselrunde im Intervall-Walking durch den Schlosspark war meine Wahl heute Morgen mit diesen Farben überall. Der Handwerker war heute zum letzten Mal da und stellte den Terrassenboden endlich fertig, und ich konnte im Anschluss noch ein paar nötige Ausbesserungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten durchführen, bevor ich dann endlich alle Pflanzen und Möbel wieder aus der Wohnung auf die Terrasse räumen konnte. Das Rumpelkammer-Feeling ging heute also nach anderthalb Wochen endlich vorbei, und die Terrasse ist sauber und der Boden sieht großartig aus. Fühlt sich alles ein bisschen wie neu eingezogen an. Dehn- und Stretchübungen hatte ich vorher zuhause, und Atem- und Meditationsübungen natürlich auf der Luiseninsel am Ufer bei der alten Erle genossen. Die Fotos sprechen heute klar durch die Farben für sich, genießt sie einfach.
