The air in the palace garden is wonderful after a rainy night. Today was a day for the Luiseninsel loop. And that lush green everywhere. Of course, I also enjoyed breathing and meditation exercises again on the shore by the old alder tree. The voices in the choir of our feathered friends on mornings like this always seem more numerous and sound fuller, happier, and stronger. Even the beaver was enchanted by this refreshing, magical morning and could hardly believe his eyes. All of this touched me deeply today, which is why I’ve made a short video that can only capture a glimpse of the choir and a hint of the atmosphere, it can’t convey the magnificent, woodsy scent of this damp, oxygen-rich air, but let your imagination run wild, see for yourself, play it on loop, and take a deep breath.

Herrlich, diese Luft im Schlosspark nach einer verregneten Nacht. Die Luiseninselrunde war heute dran. Und dieses satte Grün überall. Natürlich habe ich auch wieder Atem- und Meditationsübungen am Ufer bei der alten Erle genossen. Die Stimmen im Chor der gefiederten Freunde an solchen Morgenden sind auch immer gefühlt zahlreicher und klingen auch voller und fröhlicher und kräftiger. Auch der Biber war verzaubert von diesem erfrischenden magischen Morgen und konnte seinen Augen kaum trauen. Das ist mir heute alles sehr tief ins Gemüt gegangen und deshalb gibt es dazu ein kleines Filmchen, das auch nur einen Teil des Chors und eine Ahnung der Stimmung wiedergeben kann, denn es kann nicht diesen großartigen waldigen Duft dieser feuchten und sauerstoffschwangeren Luft wiedergeben, aber schaltet eure Fantasie ein und seht selbst und lasst es im Loop laufen und atmet tief.

PS: Ich hoffe ihr könnt das video sehen, denn ich musste es via snaps hochladen da das upload feature in der @actifit iOS app leider nicht funktioniert.
