Not something you see often and another sign of the coming end of winter. It was a great moment in terms of light when I passed by and took this picture. The sun had just come out briefly and illuminated this transparently foiled temporary, mighty long building and tons of rubber hoses neatly rolled up and ready for collection. Now the real question, what exactly do we see here? Does anyone have any ideas? 🖖🏼☀️🤙🏼
