And this particular one is made from sheep's milk. Therefore it is less likely to come from animals fed with grownth hormones or other nasties. A more or less natural product increasingly hard to find in the plastic fantastic world - inside of which we seem incresingly trapped :-)
But honestly, to me what makes it so special is the container!

The yogurt doesn't come wrapped in future landfill

I get my yogurt in beautiful fired clay bowls.
The big ones make fabulous soup bowls when empty
and the small ones are perfect for tea!
After all, I spent 6 years in villages in the Himalayas

Where there was no such thing as garbage

OK, so we didn't have all the modern conveiences

you know, the plastic and stuff

But we did have yogurt, really, really good yogurt
