Work hard or work smart is simply the difference between the rich man and the poor man.
I was cutting the grasses of our garden on thurday, you know those menial ass-kissing chores we students do to get money and praises from parents.
Unaware of the fact that Dad had herbicides back in the store, after a strenuous hour of cutting and packing, he came back from work and told me I should have spayed the grass instead.
Oh my God my precious hands hurts, then I thought of it hard work or smart work.
Working hard
Just as hardworking if reversely written.
It is a normal axiom that hard work pays most.
It is the act of putting more effort to doing something tenaciously.
It is a normal routine and bounded by set of rules.
You graduate
You look for job
You work work and work (8-5)
Or probably on shifting method
Your level increases
Your salary increases
Your family increases
Your budget increases
Commodity increases
You retire after 35yrs of hard work
You await pension
You wait upon the lord for death
Working smart
This are categories of people who breach the rules, they are ever open to opportunities, they don't livee in the cage.
They are investors
They are tenacious thinkers
They diversify
They retire before being retired.
The only fine line between working hard or working smart is the work itself.
Working hard would just give you the result of work more less pay until you put the smartness
Working hard is like working in a CIRCLE while working smart is working in a CYCLE.
I tell you there is restriction in circle.
No restrictions in cycle
Those who work in cycle are risk takers , they always find their way out in any cloud of life, they see what others don't wanna see , they are solution providers .... They speak to customers not to bosses
When you work in circle there is fear of the originating point, no room for sliding, same fulcrum same rotation.
Machines are taking over , our hard work had been made easier. Gone are the days you see ten and above cashiers on the counter in a banking hall before the inception ATM. ATM had replace hundreds of staff.
Our companies now have POS
Our phones now send mails
So much that had been replaced.
It is time youths start thinking of the cycle and stop being restricted to the circle.
It is said that if you had no goal, people would hire you to build their goals.
It is time we think outside the box.
That certificate is no gold anymore
Many are outside there with likes of yours, waiting to call someone sir.
While a few are chasing to be called sire
Time to hug your pillow, roll on your comfy and use your intuition.
Many are waiting for who lead them. Much more are waiting to be led
It is time to take the risk before our comfort is being risked.
