Greetings!
There's more to life than what we think or do. Things we do in this life are for some certain reasons. There's nothing being done by humans without a reason behind it. The reason might be because of money, it might be because of connection, it might be because of love and it might be because of revenge. So, for those things we are doing or that we have done in this life, there are reasons attached to those things.
Having said so much about life and its reasons, I would like to delve into the topic of the prompt before me which is all about, “Why?”
Like I said earlier, there's always a reason behind anything we do in this life no matter how small or little that decision might be in this life. I have seen people making a decision based on what they stand to gain from such a decision they have taken.
Such is life to the majority of us that are in this world. Back to the content of the prompt in the Hive learners community, I would say that most of us humans only work hard so as to be able to meet our ends.
No man on this planet earth is working solely for the fun of it, we are all working in order to make money which would be used to settle our bills, feed ourselves and members of our family, and also to fend for ourselves.
Now, how is it possible for one to be working tirelessly just for the fun of it when all these things are there for us to settle. So, to me, there's no other deeper meaning to waking up in the money and setting out to our various places of work other than to make ends meet for ourselves.
Furthermore, even the money we work for when we go out to work or to our working place is even deeper than the other deeper meanings that are associated with our going out early in the morning.
As for me, the only reason I know for waking up in the morning to go to work is just because of the money we are going to make from such an enterprise.
Had it been that everything is not based on money, people would have been enjoying themselves in their various convenient zones and this would not have cost them at all as everything would be working good for them.
But alas! The thing is that if you do not work in this life, then surviving in this toxic world would be kind of difficult, as there would be no money to take care of oneself. So, to me there's no other meaning associated with our waking up early in the morning and rushing to our working place than that of our earning which would keep us surviving in the face of challenges of the world.
