Hey there, thanks for sharing this, yes, totally agree about the meditation part as far as I have heard EVERYONE finds it the most difficult to be still in it and mind is just so fast to decide to leave

Thanks for commenting āŗ I did it at Isha Yoga near Nashville, they've got two ashrams, one in India and the other one in the US. Have you heard of Sadhguru?
