A big greeting to the entire #Hive Blockchain, and to the entire #swc community, I hope everyone is having an excellent day, in today's publication I will be showing you the progressions to reach a good front level respecting each of these in order to gain strength in the movement.

The first progression that we will work on will be the tuck, this is used so that new athletes begin to understand the levers and thus gain strength to apply it in the next progression, the tuck . advanced, being the most used by athletes who want to achieve front level, although it is also where most people tend to stagnate, that is because they do not know the open half, an exercise that works the lever more and gives incredible strength, this exercise usually helps many people to get out of stagnation, thus achieving the last progression, the closed half, an exercise that although not many people usually use it, is extremely useful, with this movement we can work the front level at a lower load, the ideal would be to master this progression so that Get your muscles used to the high tension that comes with performing a frontal level.

Remember to respect these progressions and master them, many athletes tend to get injured by accelerating the process by forcing their body without first having accustomed joints and muscles to the movement, keep in mind that the dominoes of these progressions so that when having front level it will be much easier for you.

That would be all, thank you very much for reading my publication, I hope you have a great day see you later.
