Good day, everyone, and welcome to my blog. First of all, let me thank you all for stopping by. Let me start by saying a few words about my background. It happens to be that due to the nature of my work from Monday to Friday, I hardly have time to cook what I want, so I have a quick breakfast. I usually take Nescafe 3in1, fried eggs, and bread, but the weekend is always unique and different.

Every Saturday and Sunday, my two friends and I try to come up with great ideas on what to cook differently and we love cooking steamed rice, stew, and beans, pounded yam, or spaghetti and macaroni because there’s enough time to enjoy the meal we love. The funny part about us is that we like cooking something differently, like a combination we have never tried. We love doing that, and the end result always amazes us and sometimes we don't even know what to name the meal.

Today being Sunday, I told them I wanted to prepare macaroni, but differently, I would put beans and yam in the macaroni. They were amazed to hear the combination, so I went and bought all that was needed for the food (macaroni, beans, and yam) to be put together. we never put yam in Macaroni before, but the end result was wow and it was so delicious after everything.

Done

With the above ingredients, you’re good to go. Make sure you wash the pepper and tomatoes, pound them together, or blend them. Wash your beans and boil them for 15 minutes, then bring them down. Make sure your yams are peeled and well-washed. Then you will also wash the macaroni without boiling it. Once everything is ready, you put a pot and fry your palm oil, then put the blended tomatoes and pepper, the salt, and maggi to fry with the oil. After that, allow it to fry for like 5 minutes, then put some quantity of water according to the quantity of the food and allow it to boil for like 5-10 minutes. It would be best if you also put macaroni and beans simultaneously because yam used to cook on time. Mix them and allow them to boil again for 10 minutes, then put the yam inside and mix it small. Allow the water to dry. Put your fluted pumpkin leaves (ugu leaves) on top of the food and cover it for about 4 minutes. After that, you can bring down your pot and mix everything, then put it on your plate and enjoy yourself.

The above combination is very healthy for the body because among the classes of food protein there which is the beans, carbohydrates - yam/macaroni vitamins - vegetables, water, etc making it a balanced diet

I prefer and enjoy eating the food I take my time to prepare, and the only convenient time is the weekend. I don't enjoy eating alone, either with a friend, brother, or someone close. I love to share my meals every weekend with neighbors and friends.

Pretty, thank you for reading through my post; your correction and contribution will be appreciated.
