I am a pensioner, though it is just a little amount, I appreciated it from the Social Security System of the Philippines. I got and enjoyed this pension for 18 years since I was the survivor from the death of my husband. My son also availed it for 7 years. He was 14 years old when he lost his father and the pension for him stopped upon maturity period. It automatically stopped when he turned 21 years old.
In my side, as long as I never get married again, I am still able to receive it. But I have a annual confirmation of pensioner called ACOP in short. Yearly, I need to update and upgrade my status. They are checking me if I am not remarrying someone else again. To funny, I never get boyfriend again since 2004 because I am afraid of losing my little amount of my pension😇. I closed my heart and eyes to be in love again.I am in love but I just keep it in my heart because I know no one will love me seriously😂.
For three consecutive years, Philippines Consulate In Jeddah had their caravan on wheel and being held in this hotel.
I encourage you to do your monthly contribution for the SSS. It helps me a lot, not only me but also for my father and mother who became a pensioners when they reached 60 years old. They were both pensioners and my father enjoyed as a survivor of my mother.
The consular mobile wheel in my workplace helped me lessen my expenses going to Jeddah City. Not only the fare I used but the travel by bus for 12 hours was notva good experienced.
Holiday Hotel Jizan
Last December 31, 2023 was my first time getting inside the Crystal Ballroom. It is simple but elegant hotel, one of the many hotels around the city.
There were two tiny fountain in both side of the entrance.
These are all the outside and entrance view of the hotel but I was too bad not making video inside the vicinity where the Philippines Consulate employee serving us. I was the only one who came and when I got outside, I saw two Filipinos going inside wearing an LBC uniform.
They were the only Filipinos I saw in the venue. I don't know if there are people in the afternoon and Saturday. They started Thursday until Saturday and I heard that they attended Year Ends Party with Filipinos in Jizan, K.S.A.
I renewed my ACOP through online before the birthday of my husband. And I went there to clarify my update and taking the chance that they came again like last year. I just need clarification if my paper I sent to their email address was there. In online process, they asked me a picture holding a newspaper with the same date included in the picture. I looked for a newspaper's stand but there was no newspaper anymore.
That was my December 30, 2023 suddened travel to the city. The good things happened that my boss agreed and I came home quickly.
