I posted in social media about the promo for tooth extraction and a lot of friends wanted to go there. But so sad, some ofy friends had no budget for it. It supposed to be a chance since their tooth are disturbing their daily routine. We know that if toothache comes, it's unbearable. I told them one way how to stopped the pain using olive oil with salt and gargle with in 10 to 20 minutes. It will stop the pain but extraction is the best to avoid bacteria living in our mouth from decaying tooth.
My friend Lilia called me to get appointment and I did it. We went together at 10am. We were the the number three patient. As usual, we enjoyed taking picture. This friend of me is working in the youngest sister of my boss. She is working within 17 years and never get home or not spending vacation. She's afraid of going home alone and wanted to go when I plan on going home but I'm also not sure this time. It's been four years ago that I had my last vacation. That time, she had no money so her planned to go with me was not push through. Life is not easy for us but for the seek of our family needs, we sacrifice everything for each other.

Along the way after the extraction, we bought medicine in the pharmacy and we got inside the bookstore looking for a thread but I never find it. Instead she bought needle of different sizes.
She was standing paying the needle she bought.
I called her boss to pick her at home but still he was in her school. He told me to take her on our house and would be pick later so I cooked food for her to eat. The dentist told me to give her cold food and no drinking of hot water, milk or coffee or any hot food for 24hours.
When she removed her black dress, I noticed we wore the same dress. I was the one buying those dresses for us.
Its another day, another random kindness I shared with my friend who needs me many times. It's another mission and grateful to God that He gave me enough courage to do everything serving them not only for my boss. Im thankful to my boss who understood everytime I gave effort to all my friends.
