The seashells with vegetables after cooking.
We went to the seaside every week, since the lockdown was lifted, we are always having fun going to the sea. They were just staying at the seaside but I was different. I need to take a bath in the sea without fear and picked the seashells. Aquatic resources here are abundantly amazing. Seashells in my country are expensive but here, nobody eats them. It is favorable to us. And I am so lucky that I convinced my employer to be with me.
Picking up seashell was too easy. There were just matting in the sand. I enjoyed it a lot and it was my target to have exercise, the walking alone was a big bonus in the seawater
It should be cook on the same day. Leave it in a basin without water. They are alive and they will not die in one day. In 12 hours, they will remove all that they have eaten for the day. You noticed the sand and muds in their belly if you cook them on time but if you follow what I said, it's 100%, their meat inside would be so clean.
On the following day, it would be the cooking time. Clean the shells thoroughly tightly and steam for half an hour. Let it cool and bring a pin to pick up the meat inside. Remove all the meat and put in the big bowl.
These are the meat separated away from.the shells
While in our way back home, I told my boss to go to the Filipino store to buy stuff for me.Then I found a vegetable that is called petchay. Only the Filipinos are just growing it here. I bought three bundle and mixed it with the seashell meat.
