God is not happy seeing evil hsppen around the world, because evil was never part of plan during creation of the earth. According to the Bible, God created everything good, but evil entered the world through human disobedience and the misuse of free will. While God allows people to make choices, He does not approve of wickedness. Instead, He calls people to turn away from sin, practice righteousness, and trust in His guidance even during difficult times.
Although God permits evil to exist for a time, the Bible teaches that He can bring good out of painful situations for those who love and obey Him. His justice may not always be immediate, but He promises that evil will not prevail forever. God's ultimate plan is to remove sin, restore creation, and establish a future where righteousness, peace, and His perfect will reign forever.
