James 1:13 says, “God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He himself tempt anyone.”
God is not the doer of evil, so he doesn't like evil, God have given man to do whatever that pleases them in this world and some men decided to choose evil. The Bible teaches that God is holy and never tempts anyone to do evil. Human sin, Satan's influence, and the brokenness of the world are the reasons evil exists, but God is able to bring good out of even the most difficult situations for those who trust Him.
The Bible also shows that God will not allow evil to continue forever. He is patient, giving people time to repent, but His justice will ultimately prevail. Rather than wanting evil to happen, God calls people to reject sin, pursue righteousness, and trust in His perfect plan.
