Rant Mode On
Way, way back when I was young (the 70s) on Sunday night there was never a question what our TV would be tuned in to. I had to be CBS and the show had to be 60 Minutes. I can remember the ticking of the stop watch like it was yesterday!
Ok it was a long time ago, but not this long ago LOL
I was too young to much care about what was in the news, but I certainly remember how it ended with an ornery old dude that would have a minute or three of free reign to rant about something that had set him off... I feel like I am becoming that old dude!
Some days, (way too often actually) I feel like I have awoke in a different nation. I dearly love our country, but in many ways she sure aint what she used to be! Mind you, I am not saying I have all the answers (or maybe I do) but at least let me tear through a few grievances I have of late in no particular order:
You cannot buy a graphics card. You just cant do it. I even did a rant on it a while back...still nothing has changed!
You cannot hardly buy a car coz of the semiconductor scarcity.
You cannot build a home or anything because there is a lumber shortage!
You cant buy gas, at least half the country couldnt during the Colonial Pipeline hack!
You may not be able to buy meat if the meatpacking hack isnt resolved.
Now they have hacked the ferry service in Massachusetts now.
Apparently The US government is totally powerless to stop the hacking.
I cannot find a 10x30 storage room within an hour of my property.
I cannot find a place to rent within 45 minutes of my property...all booked.
- I bought 2 bowls made in the USA and one has a flaw :(
You get the point. Andy Rooney mode is now off lol. Come on America, I know we can do better!
