For this week, I'll share a few photos of oyster mushrooms and their development in a few days.
I first noticed them when they were relatively small in size, around a few centimeters. They started growing from the middle and around the poplar stump.
In two days, I went to check them again. They doubled in size.
Today they covered the whole stump. So now they are quite big with caps around 20cm.
