Без неї вже давно не починається мій день.
Моя любов до неї, як і в багатьох, почалася з безсонних ночей в універі. Але про якість та різноманіття напою тоді мало хто думав - навіть маккофі з ларька на першому поверсі 7 корпусу КПІ був ок. Але сам ритуал кавування зародився саме тоді.

For quite a long time, my day hasn't been starting without it.
My love for it, like for many, began with sleepless nights at university. But few people thought about the quality and variety of the drink at that time, even a McCoffee from a stall on the ground floor of the 7th building of KPI was OK. But this is when the ritual itself emerged.
З віком я почала цікавитися тим, які бувають види кави та пробувати різне. Велику роль у розвитку мого кавового смаку відіграли колеги з попереднього місця роботи - вони пили каву тільки без цукру та навчили робити це мене. Пройшло 5 років, а мій ранок і досі починається зі склянки теплої води та чашки чорної кави без цукру. Колеги замовяли різні зерна, комбінували різні види кави з сирами та фруктами. У нас були справжні кавові дегустації!
As I got older, I became interested in what types of coffee are and try different ones. Colleagues from the previous place of work played an important role in the development of my coffee taste - they drank coffee only sugar-free and taught me to do the same. It's been 5 years, and my morning still starts with a glass of warm water and a cup of black coffee without sugar. Colleagues ordered different beans, combined different types of coffee with cheese and fruit. We had real coffee cuppings!
А коли готувалася до весілля познайомилася з дівчинкою-флористом, яка пригощала мене невідомою для мене тоді альтернативною кавою. Пуровер, хенд брю, кемекс, аеропрес - тоді для мене ці слова нічого не значили. Мені сподобався в міру насичений смак з приємним післясмаком. Альтернативні способи приготування кави дозволяють трохи краще (але не радикально) розкрити нюансу кавового смаку. А ще процес приготування дуже круто виглядає! Тепер у закладах я завжди запитую фільтр-каву.

Alternative ways of making coffee allow you to better (but not radically) reveal the nuances of coffee taste. And the brewing process looks very cool! Now in establishments I always ask for a filter coffee.
