I remember that from a very young age I heard the terms "midlife crisis" and "midlife crisis." A couple of months ago, it was my thirtieth birthday, and I little thought about any crisis... the truth is, because of what my life has been like as a Venezuelan millennial and migrant, I naturalized the word crisis a little. A month after mine, it was the thirtieth birthday of a friend from adolescence and she did speak directly to me about crises and fears hahaha and it causes me a bit of fun and a certain tenderness; She is concerned about the issue of wrinkles and gray hair (I have had gray hair since I was 14, so how much?). She told me that she couldn't imagine the life that goes on in "the middle"; who saw himself turning 20, some life passed, and then you stepped into old age.

I think it's okay not to sit down and meditate and plan each stage of your life, I think it's also healthy to be focused on the present in what you are experiencing. When I began to think too much about the future, anxiety consumed me...

What I am practicing mentally so that this anxiety doesn't kill me is to think that things take time. I have learned that I am not as patient as I would like to be to enjoy these processes a little more. Be patient because I am a migrant and on two occasions I have had to start from scratch in another country (I am currently at this stage).

One day at a time... breathe...
