Good Morning
Being a Saturday, I had let my guard down a bit. I had some essentials shopping to be done, not once but twice, which made me wonder if I could take a break from my morning schedule. And once again, I resisted the temptation.
I got back on full throttle and motored away with my exercises. So, what did I do?
Let鈥檚 find out. 馃槉
As always, let me start from yesterday evening. My lil Colonel has a knack of getting me away from my laptop and getting into the exercising rhythm.
So, here鈥檚 what we did:
- Warm-up: About 2 minutes
- Suicide-drill: 2 Sets
- Shuttle-run: 1 set with 4 reps
- Jumping-jacks
- Wall-sits
- Push-ups
- Crunches
- Step-ups
- Squats
- Tricep Dip
- Planks
- High Knees
- Lunges
- Push-ups and Rotation
- Side Planks
Each exercise is for 30-seconds with a 10-second break. We were happily sweating at the end of it, and trust me, there is a renewed energy to get back to my office work. Maybe, you鈥檒l should try it out too.
So, coming to today morning, I focused on the chest and back exercises. Unlike the usual triplets, I resorted to quadruplets like the last time.
Here they are:
- 1-set of weights for chest
- 1-set of weights for back
- 1-set of weights for triceps
- 1-set of pushups
I did 5 supersets of the quadruplets. It took me about an hour to get through the entire supersets. In the end, I did a reverse push-up and one set of biceps. That鈥檚 it. Then I called it a day.
So, not a bad beginning. I will meet you guys tomorrow.
Take care and namaste! 馃槉
And I wish you a lovely day!

Did You Know?
The record for the heaviest biceps curls goes to Denis Cyplenkov. He is famous for arm wrestling and did a curl of 113 kg or about 249 pounds.
I know that I can do a bench-press of 113 kg, but biceps curls??
How about you? 馃槉
