Greetings craft beer lovers! For this #BeerSaturday I bring you a beer made by my brewery's neighbors: The folks at LAM brewery and their beloved Pale Ale-style beer.
Saludos gente amante de la cerveza artesanal! para este #BeerSaturday les traigo a una cerveza hecha por los vecinos de mi cerveceria: Los amigos de cerveceria LAM y su querida cerveza estilo Pale Ale.
The LAM brewery owes its name to the abbreviation of "Los Altos Mirandinos" (the high Mirandinos), a tribute to the area where our breweries are located and where some good brewing stories have been born and developed!
This brewery has two styles, a quite refreshing Blonde Ale and my favorite of theirs: La Morena Pale Ale style accompanied by a minimalist image of the mountains that make up this part of Miranda state.
In previous posts, I have expressed my love for Pale Ale beers for their harmonious and balanced combination of malts and hops, and this beer from LAM is an excellent Pale Ale representative of this area of Miranda.
La cervecer铆a LAM debe su nombre a la abreviatura de "Los Altos Mirandinos" (los altos mirandinos) , un tributo a la zona en donde se encuentran nuestras cervecer铆as y donde han nacido y desarrollado unas buenas historias cerveceras justicieras!
Esta cervecer铆a tiene dos estilos, una Blonde Ale bastante refrescante y mi favorita de ellos: La Morena estilo Pale Ale acompa帽ados de una imagen minimalista de las monta帽as que conforman esta parte del estado Miranda.
En posts anteriores he expresado mi amor hacia las cervezas estilos Pale Ale por su combinaci贸n de maltas y l煤pulos de forma arm贸nica y balanceada, y esta cerveza de LAM es una excelente Pale Ale representante de esta zona Mirandina.
LAM's Pale Ale has beautiful citrus notes in harmony with a caramel malt sweetness and crystal that give it that beautiful copper color that seduces you and invites you to develop their classic slogan of "One LAM and we stay" defending with conviction that if you try one of their beers, you will stay to enjoy a couple more of them and they certainly succeed!
I declare myself a fan of this Pale Ale and I love that it is close to home! So it's good to have neighbors!
La Pale Ale de LAM tiene unas hermosas notas c铆tricas en armon铆a con un dulzor a malta caramelo y crystal que le dan ese color cobrizo hermoso que te seduce y te invita a desarrollar su slogan clasico de "Una LAM y nos quedamos" defendiendo con convicci贸n de que s铆 pruebas una de sus cervezas, te vas a quedar para disfrutar un par m谩s de ellas y sin duda lo logran!
Me declaro fan de esta Pale Ale y m谩s me encata que est茅 cerca de casa! As铆 es que es bueno tener vecinos!
About this beer:
It is a delight from start to finish as soon as you uncork it you can perceive the aromas of the dry hopping used by its brewmaster to great sweet and fruity notes.
Its foam is dense and long-lasting, it accompanies you until the end of the experience of enjoying a good Pale Ale.
It has a dark golden color due to the caramel malted barley and is quite seductive when served chilled.
Its bitterness is moderate to mild and its flavor presents citric notes and its taste is quite balanced between the crystal and caramel malt and the hops that give character to this beautiful neighborhood beer.
Acerca de esta cerveza:
Es una delicia de principio a fin ya que apenas al destaparla se perciben los aromas del dry hopping que utiliza su maestro cervecero a notas dulces y frutales geniales.
Su espuma es densa y de larga duraci贸n, te acompa帽a hasta el final de la experiencia de disfrutar una buena Pale Ale.
Su color es de un dorado oscuro producto de la cebada malteada caramelo y bastante seductor cuando se sirve bien fria.
Su amargor es moderado a suave y su sabor presenta notas c铆tricas y su sabor bastante balanceado entre la malta crystal y caramelo y los l煤pulos que le dan caracter a esta hermosa ceveza vecinal.
I'm not complaining about having neighbors like this, and I'm one of those who live up to their slogan of "one LAM and we stay" by consuming more than one LAM Pale Ale every time I find them.

Definitivamente no me quejo por tener vecinos asi, y soy de los que cumple su slogan de "una LAM y nos quedamos" consumiendo mas de una Pale Ale de LAM cada vez que las encuentro.
