steak in onion sauce
1/2 kg maniok(yuca)
1 part green salad chili
1/2 kg cooking beetroot
1/2 kg cooking cabbage
1 piece beef steak
salt and pepper
onion sauce
1 part onion
sunflower oil
1 garlic clove
1 lime juice
process
take all the cooking ingredients and reserve
roast the green salad chili and reserve
cook the steak in the BBQ
add salt and pepper
for the sauce
braise the chopped up onion and garlic in to the oil,at last incorporate the lime juice
