Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

I have experience different kinds of situation in my life that made me happy, cry, brave and strong at the same time. Life always challenge me to do the things that I am afraid of. I always ask myself "Why life gave me such happenings that I've never want?", I was not aware of everything, not until I found out that I, myself could be the reason why this is happening in my life. There are times that I couldn't eat, couldn't get enough sleep, and having no motivation to do anything, for the reason that I am stuck with the thoughts in my head that I couldn't understand.

My full name is Trinh Nguyen Ha, I was born in Duy Xuyen district, Quang Nam province but since I was young, I was led by my parents to Da Nang. Currently I am studying and living in Da Nang city. I am a second year student at Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy. My field of study is quite dry with thick books, pathology, medicine, ... so I really want to go to many places, experience many things, meet new friends to make my life interesting and more colors.

I am a mother of two beautiful girls and the only lover of my husband. I believe that each one of us has a unique clock and I considered mine as the precious one because my time is about to start. I married a man who is down to earth and family-oriented person. He wakes up early in the morning to cook food and always ensures his family is safe.

Hello Everyone, It's me, Hi I'm Everything happens. I am new to this and I'm not a blogger or a writer so please bear with my writing skills.😃

I am born and raised in the famous Lechon place in Cebu, Philippines. I love lechon, I love to travel, eat food, coffee shop hopping, biking, and am addicted to board games. Most of all, I love City lights and Sunsets.
I speak Bisaya, Tagalog and English. Bisaya is more dominant in my day-to-day speaking since I lived in Cebu. To give you a little background, Cebu is a province located in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines. The province is comprised of Cebu Island and offers picturesque landscapes, white sandy beaches, and crystal-clear waters.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
