Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

I am Josziel Buenconsejo an aspiring Educator in the future (I literally indicated the word “future” hoping that I can still see this post 5 years from now or more haha) I’m literally rooting for myself! You may be wondering why the spelling of my name sounds unique, well I will be sharing to you why the spelling of my name is different from the typical “Josel” we all know. My name is the combination of our National Hero here in the Philippines which is Jose Rizal, why? Because I have the same birthdate with our National Hero, interesting right? my parents scrambled his name to form my name which is Josziel, why I share this with everyone? Well since when I was a kid they usually asked me about my name why is it spelled like that and I keep on explaining to them the real reason and I just started to become used to it. I was born in Manila and became an Island girl in Bicol where I lived for 4 years and became a city girl again. Living in a countryside was a wonderful experience for me, where all you can see is the nature, my healing place. I decided to became a city girl again and I chose to live in the Queen City of the South, Cebu Philippines where I foster my journey in life and thinking that I will be here for good. Upon growing up I always dreamt of being a journalist, a writer in any field and a writing enthusiast. Though I wasn’t able to make that dream come true, Hive community will help me reach that dream of mine (I’m rooting for this haha) I’m into posting and writing about my life, what I’m doing and my life being a book lover, a traveler, a foodaholic and a study buddy.

My name is Juliana Cristine, I'm 36 years old, I was born in Belém do Pará (land of tacacá, maniçoba, açaí and, in my opinion, the best fish and flour) where I lived the best moments of my childhood and youth alongside from my family and friends. And believe me, I still have friends from that time. 💜

Wonderful Day, Hivers! I am from the Pearl of the Orient Seas (the Spanish word "Perla del Mar de Oriente" by a Spanish Jesuit Missionary, Father Juan J. Delgado), the Philippines. My friends use to call me "Melit". I am 43 years old with three kids, A self-motivated, full-time public school teacher, and a part-time ESL teacher in the evening. During weekends, I always make room for my passion for sewing and going to the beach with my kids.

My name’s Honey, a teacher, freelance photographer, and traveler. Beach sunsets or mountain sunsets, the sky, the horizon, and a wide field of grass always put me in awe as they always flatter my heart. I also make wedding invitations, offer photoshoots and accept printing as my little business. But most of the time, with guts and confidence, I prefer to travel with my motorbike to places I’ve never been to.

Greetings to all the HIVE community my name is Annerys Crespo I am 23 years old I was born in Barquisimeto, Lara state, what can I say about my life, my childhood was totally normal a father and a mother who have loved me since the first day they knew I wason my way.

Hello Hivers, this is teneji44 grew up and raised in the developing town of Tabogon in the Northern part of Cebu. I am a former working student, a dreamer, and an occasional traveler. A teacher by profession and graduated just recently because of financial and personal reasons. I'm also a newbie on this platform and eager to learn and interact with people from different walks of life through the world of Hive.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
