Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hi, I am Nnaji Favour by name. At home, I'm also known as favorite. I am the last born of my parents. My dad is a civil servant and my mum a trader. As you can see they are industrious and never indolent in carrying out their parental duties.I inhabit the southeastern part of Nigeria in West Africa with my family.

By the way, I'm Jenny or Jen for short from Gun city of the Northern Cebu, Danao City and here's my little life story. :)

I was born in Cebu city but grew up in Danao. I'm the eldest of the family and is the breadwinner. Breadwinner not because I was first to born but because I stand responsible to help my family before my self but hey, even if I'm born late or the youngest, I would have the same mindset as now.

This is the first day I join here, so first, we will introduce ourselves. I am Sutri Ayu Armaya, just call Maya and on social media, I am better known as "Maya Mamoko". I was born and raised in Binjai, a small town on the outskirts of Medan, North Sumatra.

Hello everyone. My name is Sri Wartika. People call me "IKA". And my little son is Rais, that’s why this account called “Umi Rais”. Umi means Mother.

I come from the land of "the emerald equator" do you know where that country is? Yes, I come from Indonesia, an archipelagic country that is rich in various cultures, customs, special foods, and amazing nature.

My Name is Akorede Matthew, I hail from Osun state Nigeria. I currently reside at Lagos, I stayed with one of my parents. My friend nicknamed me mularh because of my eagerness to make money.

I was born to the family of Mr and Mrs Akorede, a lovely family that wants all her children to be a successful entrepreneur

Growing up, I always know that I don’t want to be somebody else but my own. Some knows me by my name but there are only few who knows me well. I have always been different- when some of my childhood friends played paper dolls I was out with the boys hunting for some wild fruits in the forest, not wanting to be with the ordinary and always exploring. The wild is my haven- it’s my comfort zone. Being a Probinsyana, I am always in thirst of running away to discover new things and always looking forward for new adventures and thrill. And I will always be grateful to have been friends with people whom I share the same passion with.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
