Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello Hive! I am Smile, 30, and a public school teacher in one of the growing schools in Northern Cebu. I am six years in love with my profession! I am 25% traveler, 25% doer, and a 40% risk-taker (Where’s the other 10?) the other 10% is a room for learning and new discoveries for myself. My name is Esther, a proud Nigerian, well I am proud to be a Nigerian because I believe I am here for a purpose. I currently reside in FCT Abuja and I am an HR Personnel by profession. I don't know what is your definition of boring, we all have our definitions but for me, boring is when I'm hungry! Oh, come on! like foods are there for us to eat. My name is Graycelis Flores. I was born in the land of the water man, Delta Amacuro on noviembre 2.1986 to indigenous-mestizo parents of the warao ethnic group, which means people, brother, family, etc. depending on use. During my childhood i lived with my maternal grandmother and my uncles in Barra de Macareo, at the Orinoco River to the Atlantic Sea, surronded by water, mountains, exotic animals and English-speaking people who frequently came from Guyana, Trinidad, the united States and Canada. These were some of the most beautiful memories i had of my childrood,until when i was 6 years old,my dear and always remembered grandmother died and to go live with a cousin of hers in a town called Caigual,located an hour and from Tucupita, Delta Amacuro State, Venezuela where studied elementary school at the Cristobal Colon rural shool.Once i finished primary school, I moved to Puerto Ordaz, Bolivar State, Venezuela; to live with a family who was cared for by a 2 -years-old girl,but my greatest wish was to continue studying.

I am Ogunbona Boluwatife by name (If it sounds like a tongue twister, please call me Sapphire🤭) and I am from the Southwestern part of Nigeria, The Giant of Africa. I will tell you more about myself shortly.

Hi Kreativ People of the world! I am Kevin. I am a software developer, data scientist by profession. I love arts, going to museums and musical theater plays, watching musical movies, eat and sleep!

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
