Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hi there, my name’s Joseph Ezekiel-Olufemi. I am a simple person with a great personality, and this is my first post.

All I know is that I was born amidst the turbulence of chaos; musical chaos and I have my father to blame for this. Even before I learned how to read and write, I started to enjoy the rhythm of King Sunny Ade's guitar and Fela's saxophone, blaring from my father's stereo. Yes, my Father is to blame for this my mad fondness for music. So if you see me walking on the streets with dancing steps when there's no music playing from without, please note that I'm not mad, I just have music flowing through my veins; Music from within.

My name is Rosmeris Vasquez, I was born in the city of El Tigre - Venezuela, although I don't live in my country at the moment. I am 18 years old. Daughter of excellent parents. I am the third of four siblings.

My name is Mirian Márquez, I was born in the city of Portoviejo-Ecuador, I am 56 years old. I am happily married to a man who has been a great support in all my decisions, he is loving, a good father and friend, he is honest and hardworking, in these next few days we will be 36 years since we joined our lives in marriage.

So let me tell you about myself. My name is Ifeoluwa Arowolo, you can call me babymoyin. I am a singer and a writer. I am from Ondo State in Nigeria. Yes, I am a very proud Yoruba girl. I am 22 years old. I am studying electrical engineering. My favorite food is Jollof spaghetti and chicken. I love singing, writing and learning about anything. I really dislike lying. I hate when people lie to me so I am very intentional about not lying to people. Besides, honesty is a very admirable and attractive personality, don’t you agree?

My name is Kayenette Guy Madrinan, I think my name is one-of-a-kind. Because of this, I am frequently mistaken for a man, but I am a fully grown woman since birth. My name is a combination of my two aunts' names, therefore I believe it's something that everyone can relate to. I recently turned 31 years old and have reached this point in my life, I've realized that I need to better myself and step outside of my comfort zone.

Hello...! I am lucky to be called Faviola Carolina Herrera, at my 31 years of age I am married to a great guy and very grateful to life to have two children, the princess of the house Ana and Prince Maximo.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
