Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

My name is Hong, my friends often call me “Tuoc Chu” as my nickname on facebook. I am 29 years old this year, but people do not think it is my truly age due to my skinny apperance shows that I am in my 35 years old, lol. Anyway, it is not a big deal, I have get common with it, dears.

My name is Tomas, I live in Uzhhorod, Ukraine. I am 37 years old. As you know, we have been at war with the Russian occupiers for the last 8 years. For the last 10 days, this war has been especially cynical and brutal. In my past life, before the war, I was a dancer, computer engineer, poet and content creator (copywriter). Now I am a little detail in the machine of resistance of my people to the Russian occupiers. I am currently assembling and repairing laptops and handing them over to the army and refugees.

Daryl John Bayonla is my name. I am originally from Davao. I have an identical twin brother who has always been my rock and whom I consider to be my best friend. Our family surrounds us with love and support. That's what you mean when you say "close, tight family."

I'm Hue and I'm 28 years old. I grew up in a small countryside in Central Vietnam, and over the years, I've had the opportunity to travel all over the country from the South to the North, my partner is a backpack or sometimes, having some friends with me. On every journey, I often stop at places I like for a few days.

I was born in the cosmopolitan city of Caracas Venezuela, in the old maternity Concepción Palacios on December 11, 1967 at 6:10 on a picturesque Caracas afternoon. The eldest of three children conceived by my father Luis Vasquez (deceased), a native of Margarita Nueva Esparta, a teacher who because of his preparation, vocation and professional ethics became the first director of a high school in the Caracas of the 40's, at only 17 years old. From my father I inherited the love of reading, literature, poetry and declamation and; Gledys Rojas born in Paraguaná, Falcón state, who with little academic studies faced the need to go out to work with only 14 years, a detail that marked me remarkably to copy from her that spirit of a fighter, warrior and hardworking woman. Between the two of them they chose my name: Gledys Yoleida.

I'm Vu, I'm living and working in Hoi An. The ancient city has spent many years, carrying the rustic antiquity of time. From the roof tiles, the tiles, the window frame all go through many ups and downs and last until nowadays.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
