Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

My name is Scarleth. I was born and live in Caracas, Venezuela. I love art, animals -especially exotic ones- and Asian culture, specifically Korean, Japanese and Chinese, however, I have no problem with other countries, in fact I love to know more about the world, that's why one of my favorite hobbies is watching series, movies and novels, especially Asian or "dramas" as they are usually known, but I also distract myself reading and listening to classical, French, Arabic, K-pop, C-pop and J-pop music.

My name is Lexys Sanchez; I was born on December 2nd; I am a Sagittarius; I am 42 years old; I am the mother of two (2) beautiful princesses; my profession is teaching; my favorite color is blue and my favorite food is chicken in all its presentations. I love horror movies and comedy movies. I have few friends and many acquaintances; however, that does not limit me to help when I am asked to do so. My name is Van Loc. I'm 30 years old this year and I’m single. I was born in Que Son, a midland region of Quang Nam. Que son, the place mentioned in the song “Quê Sơn Đất mẹ ân tình” .Some people like to live in the city, they like the excitement. I prefer, however, a normal, rustic rural life. Like in a city, there aren't many houses or means of transportation here, but there's a large, open space. The sound of chickens in the morning, the buffalos plowing the fields, the image of the setting sun setting behind bamboo canopy… All create a picture of peaceful but unusually beautiful countryside. I like living here. I work far away, but I've always fought back in my free time.

My name is Irene, I was born and live in a small town in the state of Aragua-Venezuela called Villa de Cura, mother, wife, housewife and baker. I am a descendant of Portuguese parents so I consider myself Portuguese-Venezuelan having the virtue of having both nationalities since a few years ago.

Well, hello there! I'm Fritz Earlin Therese Lapitaje Pondantes. I know, it’s quite too long! But I love my name and I wouldn’t want it any other way. Let’s just assume I didn’t hate writing my whole name on red and blue line papers when I was in elementary because I covered the first 2 rows with just my name, while everyone’s already writing their answers on question 2.

Hi, I'm Alejandro and I'm 11 years old, and this is my introduction to Hive. I live in Valencia, Venezuela with my mom @iritere and my aunt @laloretoyya who is like my second mom.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
