Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

For many people the time passes almost imperceptibly, the opposite is the case for others... For me it has been 30 long years since my birth until this moment, because I was given birth in a hospital in Maracay in Aragua State on October 20, 1991, under the name of Josue Perdomo, fortunately, my mother did not have any complications to give birth to me, because I was her third and last child born naturally, So she already had some experience in this matter, apparently even more experience than the doctors on duty, because I ended up being born practically in one of the corridors of the hospital because the doctor did not listen to the suggestions of my mother in which she indicated that I was already on my way.

Eashell Baptista is my name, an uncommon name and with a brief history that I will share with you at some point, I am 45 years old and I am Venezuelan.

The city girl did not last long in her place of birth, having my parents roots in the most remote part of the country, I lived a magical, simple, free and enriching childhood in the Amazon jungle. Everything was good, everything was beautiful because it was so through the eyes of a child who lived everything for her parents and sisters without misgivings or selfishness. I took the step to adolescence with a more adventurous, curious character, wanting to follow the example of my older sisters and not old enough to continue my studies elsewhere, we decided that it would be best to continue my education closer to the city, under the care of aunts and grandmother in the extravagant and picturesque Valles del Tuy. Leaving behind the coexistence and comfort of my mother's home, without the invariable company of my younger sister, the change was abrupt, dry, definitive. I became a solitary, prudent person, very much my own; the emotional and cognitive development was fast, I was happy although many believed otherwise, I had a voracious thirst for knowledge, I wanted to learn everything, to know more and more, I got sick of studying so much, I wish I had kept those cravings for the rest of my existence but motivation has a maximum value, and once reached the fall is imminent.

Hello to all who read me =). My name is Rocío González, I am Venezuelan, I was born in Puerto la Cruz, Anzoátegui State, but I have spent most of my life here in Maturín, thank God my parents are alive, I have two brothers, one older and the other younger than me, that is, I'm the one in the middle. My parents are divorced, I currently live with my mom. I love music, I'm one of those people who listen to lyrics very well. Some time ago I used to listen to Sin Bandera, Camila, La Quinta Estación, Aventura. It's sad that these groups disintegrated. Reik, Sebastian Yatra and recently I started listening to Beret.

Hi, I'm Jesús Rodríguez, I'm a son, brother, partner, friend, lawyer, eternal student. Son of a mother who loves with facts and orphan of a father who gave me the love of reading and arguing with evidence, reading to grow and learning to say forgive me, I didn't know, thank you. My childhood is a mixture of rubber ball and soccer, and soccer is still present in my life, I am a student of active life, I believe in a healthy mind and a healthy body, I believe in friendship, in the wisdom of nature, in the power of words and I believe in the love that went beyond the field of words to materialize in deeds. I am from Monagas, I grew up listening to the birds that sing in the morichal in front of my house, I do not have pets because my dogs, cats and morrocoy are family.

Hello friends of hive is a pleasure to introduce myself to this community with lots of positive energy and good vibes, my name is Yusdelvy Castillo Varona, I am from Cuba and I was born on November 22, 1984 in Florida a city belonging to Camagüey one of the cities founded by the Spanish, before it was called Puerto Príncipe and is a beautiful city but now I live in Morón, province of Ciego de Avila.

So, back to my introduction. I'm Eniola Festus You can call me "Saxoenny" 😊 lol. I'm a student and I'm studying Mathematics in Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta in Nigeria. Sure I'm a Nigerian, I grew up in the western part of Nigeria Lagos state to be precise. I started playing saxophone in 2013 my love for the mucical instrument increases daily, i started playing the saxophone in my local church and later I started doing sax cover of some of my favourite songs which I will be posting soon such as; hip-pop, trap, jazz, gospel, afro-pop and so on. I think I do more of afro-pop tho.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
