Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello! Welcome to my Hive Intro. I'm Kristian Klaire, and yes I am a woman. I don’t know why my parents think that putting “Kristian” on my name is ideal for a girl. Maybe because I was born in December? I’m not totally bothered by it, I love the name, it just gets awkward when I go to the remittance center and the lady/gentleman from the counter addresses me as “Sir Kristian”, and I would get up from my seat and the person who called me would say “Ay! Sorry Ma’am”. *insert awkward face here * I know, I know. But the name is pretty, it gives a unique vibe to it, so I won’t complain any longer.

I thought about Alice - it sounds like Anis but with an ‘l’ and ‘c’ instead of ‘n’ and ‘s’ so it won’t take me too long to get used to the new name. I am like Alice in Wonderland anyways, small, dangerously curious, and gets excited about the smallest things, so it is quite a fitting name for me.

Hi everyone in the community, I'm Alejandro, I'm 23 years old, and I live somewhere in the Caribbean islands. I open this account on HIVE with the intention of finding a place, or a group of people with whom I can share the everyday things of life, from a curiosity, a story, or a joke. I am the last child of 5 children in a closely knitted family . I have three sisters and one brother. Growing up ,well, wasn’t so much fun considering the fact that i was mostly by myself because all my siblings are way way older than I am so it was either they were in boarding school or in the university and that lead me to a fast transition into becoming an independent child. I mostly had only myself to play with and act fantasy dramas with (Lol) . But I can say this for a fact that becoming an independent child wasn’t so bad because it paved way for me to become the independent great-minded young woman I am today . I can say it eventually had its benefits.

My name is Duc Tho, but for easy, people also call me BIN , which is a nickname by my grandmom had been put for me since i was a little boy. So even in English it's mean a trash bin,but i'm still wanna keep that nickname, and i've changed it to another meaning abit ( Beautiful - Intelligent - Naughty)

Hello, my name is Orlando Jesus Cordero Padrón, writer, musician. I Born in November 2 of the year 1973. I live in the city of Valencia, Venezuela. I am Enthusiastic of the literature, the cinema and the plastic arts in general. I refer to myself as an autodidactic, idealistic, a dreamer one, how a great quantity of people in the world that want prosperity independently for all of their color, race, philosophy or language. The music is a universal language in which the senses of perception prevail about the understanding. It is not necessary that the one who listens can understands the content of a song to enjoy the melody. The abstract and the subjective unite forces for the happiness, the dance and the passion.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
