Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello everybody! My name is Sasha. And Hive account@scrodinger dragged me here. Rather, she forced me. I've been watching her for a long time and asking a lot of different questions. To which I once received an answer - I will register you, and you will feel everything on your own. Just try, even if it's scary. Well, really, it's probably better to go this route once on your own than to ask a hundred times about how it all works.

It's been great getting to know everyone in the Hive community. My name is Phuong, or you can call me Phoebe in English. I was born in a rural area of Quang Nam, but after graduating from high school, I moved to Da Nang to study and work, and I have been here for the past 12 years. I've been with it for so long because I adore this lovely city on the Han River, with its blue sea, white sand, golden sunshine, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly people. I am sure that when you visit and stay in the city, you will enjoy being conquered by these magnificent cities as much as I do.

Hello Hives! This is my first post, let me introduce myself. My name is Kaifin Prastyo, that's what it says on the ID card. You can call me Kevin because Kaifin was a scribe's mistake when writing the name on the day I was born which in the end I liked the unique name. I am now 28 years old, and for 25 years until now I have lived in South Tangerang, a city that secretly fills more than half of my life. So, please let me tell you just a few chapters about myself in this first article of mine.

My name is Nguyen. Call me Mike if you can't pronounce my name properly. I was born in Saigon a.k.a Ho Chi Minh City. I love exploring cultures, languages and making friends. I used to travel quite frequently pre-Covid era, but it seems a decade gone by and the travel ban is still there. Anyway, let's hope this pandemic will end soon.

My name is Ngoan, it's a very feminine name in Vietnam, it means "obedient" in English. And I feel my name is like my personality and my life, I am quite receptive, sociable and obedient to others. And that's also my weakness, I'm pretty easy to put my trust in others and that can cost me some things. I have experienced many different jobs and now I am working at the Vietnam army factory. The world is in a period of peace and I have a rather leisurely job with factory jobs because my specialty is assembling guns.

Introducing my name is Dyjoon. I'm 27 years old. It's not my actual name. I chose dyjoon as my pen name. Dyjoon was inspired by my first name.

I am Slava. A Hive account@scrodinger invited me here. She explained everything about Hive long enough, and after a while, I gave up. I decided to take a chance. I don't know much about blockchain and cryptocurrency, but I'll try to fix it. And now I will try to tell you something interesting about myself because I was given just such a task)

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
