Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Yes, my favourite sport is basketball, I support the LA leakers. When I play in court I usually play the big man not because I like the position but when you play with 5ft you automatically be the big man 😅. A Nigerian by birth and also from the southern part of the country a place called Edo State, a state where the famous Benin Kingdom is located. You would have guessed that am Bini by tribe! Yes, you are right, I come from a small tribe where each child given birth is regarded as royalty. With a rich cultural heritage compared to none and its diversity makes me proud, some articles will say “there are only two kingdoms in the world- The United Kingdom and The Bini Kingdom”. The reason why they always compare us to that of the United Kingdom is that at the arrival of the colonial masters they met a well-structured metropolis that was linked to that of the United Kingdom.

Vy is my name and Quy Nhon City is my homeland in Viet Nam.

My name was given by my grandfather, which means that I will always be sane in all circumstances and should not follow in the footsteps of my father.

Good day! It's a pleasure to meet you all! I am @motherof2dragons. My friends are used to calling me Upeng - that's the nickname my sister gave me. I on the other hand, refer to myself as 'Upeng Ganda,' because why not? I should be the first one to believe in my beauty.

My name is Lan Anh, currently, 21 years old and studying, working at Hue city, a city famous for its quietness and peace.

My name is Osolarin Abayomi Olutusen I'm a Nigerian .I'm the last born of the family, I'm from Ikorodu,Lagos State Nigeria.I'm Also a Student Of Gateway Polytechnic Sappade Ogun State, Studying Mechanical Engineering.As a child, growing up was fun and filled with memories of me always wanting to create a robot or anything moveable and also to repair spoilt electrical appliances at home.Now,as an upcoming engineer the department as not been easy.

I am LERRE Mangubat , 31 years old. I was a Junior High School teacher in Bantayan Island, Cebu for 2 years. Luckily before getting married I was transferred to Tabogon, Cebu, my permanent station for 4 years and counting.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
