Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello Hivers! I'm really happy to introduce myself to HIVE community. So I'm keeping it short and sweet I'm Aaradhana Alva mostly known as Aaxadhana and cowwa by most of my friends which I know is pretty lame.

Raised and brought up in this beautiful place filled with lots of traditions and culture Kudla (Mangalore), Karnataka, I've spent my 12 years in this place. I'm currently an undergraduate student pursuing a Psychology degree while being a fashion model.

I was born in a small town called Chirgua which has been on the maps for a few years in the state of Carabobo in Venezuela, first son of my mother a Spanish emigrant with a Venezuelan man who left her as a good macho and womanizer, of course not everyone is like that thank God he took the surname of the one I knew as father, After a few years they separated and my mother took both roles mother and father my childhood was like any other with dreams and illusions for a normal child, I went to primary school in my village a wonderful valley in the mountains, after finishing primary school for lack of economic resources my mother chose to put me to a boarding school a technical agricultural school called IBOA in the town of San Pablo in the state of Yaracuy where I stayed to study high school, I learned to love the land, the desire to be adventurous and why not say I lost the fear to face life alone and not to be afraid of the road, To save some money to ask for a ride or to be more specific to take me from one point to another and so I could afford some treats and finished high school money was not something I counted on and I faced the problem of how to continue studying and I came up with the idea when working as maintenance in a nightclub in the capital that I met thanks to the owner of the club and to see two soldiers of the Venezuelan Navy as it was called before, I waited for one of them to allow me to ask him a few questions and at that moment the idea of studying to improve myself was born in me.

I am Jannath Mohammed and I am a Multi-Tasker. eI am born in God's own country and raised in Saudi Arabia. 90% of my life I have spent in Saudi Arabia and hence Shawarma runs in my blood. Presently I live in Mangalore,Karnataka.

Hello Hivers! I'm Rica and I go by the brand name Sassy Cebuana. How did I came up with that name? Well, it wasn't really easy. I have been blogging for 10 years now using a blogger platform. It was my love for fashion that pushed me to create a small space on the blogosphere. I have to do google and study on how to build a website on my own. It wasn't easy but since I major in Computer Technology I have a little advantage of knowing the HTML codes to be used. I have build my website from scratch and through trial and error. My first blog name was What Akirah Thinks that you can still found in WordPress and then when I became a mom 3 years after, it changed to Sweet Baby Doll in Blogger.com. It's a work in progress, until I finally settled with Sassy Cebuana. As Sassy as I can be, and being a Cebuana (woman born in Cebu) that best describes me.

Hey, I’m Carl Jan but people call me Carl from Cebu,Philippines. My name is derived from my parents name CARLos + JANet = Carl Jan. I grew up in Mandaue,Cebu. Mandaue is a 1st class highly urbanized city in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines and lived there most of my life. I speak Cebuano and English. I love gaming, movies and Photography. I have a background in graphic and design. In my workflow I switch between CAD and Graphic Designing programs and like to explore how modeling approaches from one discipline can be used to solve creative issues for project design.

Hi there, this is AJ, a newly member of this wonderful community. Given the fact that I have to introduce myself first, well, there is really one aspect of expressive writing that I like the most and that would be the fact that it revolves around me, the writer. I decided to write this introduction as if it were a formal paper because it just didn’t feel right to do an introduction without actually being there in person to explain my favorite pastime.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
