Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

I was fortunate to be born in a very loving family and grow up in a good way, while growing up and learning new things, interests arose in my life such as art, medicine, the spiritual world, nature, and infinite things more in this beautiful world that day after day moved me and inspired me to be much better, and to know more.

I was born on the day of equinox, on the 21st day of March, 1994, on the very first day of the first Zodiac, Aries. Making me three decades and a year today. Proudly carrying the fiery and determined spirit of an Aries. Brave, Bold and Loyal.

My name is Joeliegh, but if you’re curious about my username “valeadiary",it actually comes from my nickname Alea, which only my closest friends call me. I simply added “diary” since I want this space to be my daily journal where I share pieces of my life. Honestly, I’ve never been too fond of my real name because it sometimes sounds a bit masculine. That’s why I feel more comfortable and more myself when people call me Valea, it feels softer, more personal, and truly feminine, which reflects who I am best.

On the other hand, I always love to do workouts in the gym. It unloads my stress and worries; it also keeps me physically fit. It is the only thing that I enjoy aside being with my family. I don't smoke or drink alcohol (only occasionally), workout is my only hobby. I am also interested in motorcycles and love Lego. Perhaps, Lego and robots were my childhood desires that I am unconsciously into today. I used to go to Korean Surplus Shops and buy robots and Lego. I love puzzle games on my phone.

Sarki Princess Live is my name,my mother named me her"Princess",my uncle named me"Live"according to them it means(live forever, I'm to live and not die). But as a child growing up, that meaning was to long when I am asked what it means. So, I looked it up from a dictionary and simply satisfied with the meaning"to stay alife". I am the fourth and only surviving child of my mother but my daddy's last born.

I confess that at first, all those strange terms she used seemed very confusing to me, since I had never in my life heard of the existence of a community like this. It was difficult at first, but now we are all here together, and today I begin my adventure thanks to the OCD onboarding program run by the Hive Margarita community on the island.

Hello amazing people, my name is Onesimus, and I’m proudly from Angwan Pah in Sanga Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Nigeria. I belong to the Numana tribe, a beautiful and vibrant ethnic group with deep cultural roots.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
