Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hi guys, my name is It's Sofia Alves, I live in Goiânia with my family, my mom and my brother Davi. I like watching jazzghost, a really cool youtuber. I speak Portuguese but I have the best dad in the world (he's helping me), I'm telling the truth, he's @shiftrox.

I’m the first and only daughter from a family of nine. My mum is a caterer, my dad is a painter, he also produces paint and he uses it to make your wall comfortable and beautiful. I am nurse by profession, I was born on the 3rd November, I am an open replica of my dad, which is to say I look exactly like my dad from appearance to character.

My name is Bala Grace Akpomoshi Bala which is my dad's name is an Hausa name meaning the reflect of innocence or the joy of having a child. He is the last child among his two siblings. My father is both a civil servant, a tailor and a farmer. He uses this as a means of survival and livelihood. Until he met and eventually got married to my mum.

Before everything I am right now and aspiring to be, I remember that I am just a kid who could draw but had the ultimate dream of playing professional football. However, the circumstances surrounding it at the grassroot made it seem like nightmare and I couldn't put all my eggs in one basket so I diversified into other things.

Jim Francis is an SK (Sangguniang Kabataan) official in his hometown, a role that has helped shape his leadership and community involvement. Being part of the SK has not only given him the opportunity to serve but also to grow in various aspects of his life—especially in terms of responsibility, communication, and collaboration with others.

Hi there, my name is Bhin, short for Rhoben. I was born a “jejemon”(A term that has been modified by adding or removing letters, numbers, or symbols to spell the words differently. These words or phrases were trendy in the early 2010s). Rhoben is a combination of my mother's and father’s names. It is the name I went by when I was in Grade school and the First two years of High school, and this is what my current friends call me now.

nyways, I’ll be humbly sharing you a little background of mine. If 10 x 2 + 3 equals 23, then probably that’s my age. I’m the only sister among four brothers, raised with so much love by our single mother. (She’s single because our dad passed away by suicide back in 2017. I don’t know the reason why. Hey there dad, we miss you. )

So I'm Angela D. Gaan. D stands for DAATON, just so you know, and I guess my last initial wasn't familiar to all of you because this came from my father's side, which is from Mindanao. You can call me jelay. But anyway, I am a very talkative person, kind, a girl who loves to talk, a funny girl with lots of jokes that come out of my mouth every time I am comfortable enough with those I am with. And for you to know, I am a singer and a not-so-dancer, but I love to dance anyway.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
