This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.
Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.
I’m 22 years old and Single. Let me formally introduce my background first.I came from a humble family, there are 11 members in our family including my father and my mother. I have 10 siblings. Way back many years ago I could tell life is tough.
I am Grace Eze but on hive I would be known as Hive account@graceze. In my early twenties (20s) finished secondary school four years ago, am an undergraduate I have been seeking admission into the university since then and to God be the glory I have gotten admission this year into FCE pankshin and I would be resuming this month. Yes I Know... Why are you resuming now?? I too was wondering that but it turned out to be that the calendar of the school is quite different from others. I am from the Eastern part of Nigeria, but never really stayed at home because my parents lives far away from home. I love the northern part of Nigeria because that is where I live and I have lots of friends from primary to secondary school. I know alot about their culture and way of life more than mine. Can you imagine that? 😂 While that is life for you. You don't always get what you want, sometimes you get to manage what life gives to you and make the most out of it.
How I got the name winner it's from a story my dad told me, which I will share a little here. My dad name is from a history, the soja is an Hausa name from Nigeria meaning " a soldier". My dad begins the battle of freedom from poverty in a young age. He eventually got married to my mum, she's a sweet soul.
Hi everyone! I’m Rhea Mel Besavilla, 18 years old and currently living in Brgy, Malingin, Bogo City, Cebu. I’m currently a 1st year college student taking up Bachelor of science major in Psychology at Cebu Roosevelt Memorial Colleges.
This crises delayed my education as a boy but after migration I started my primary school in Gwako under Gwagwalada Abuja and also my secondary school. I later got admitted I to Nasarawa state University keffi Nasarawa state Nigeria where I graduated with a B.A ed history.
As a historian, I get excited to know the history and culture of people but I get hurt when I remember my own history and home that is lost and might never be found again with our culture being lost to an extent.
Hi Beautiful ❤️ people My Name is Rhoda Bako am from Nigeria living in Akwanga Nasarawa state am Rinder by tribe from Wamba local government area .I start my primary school at Akwanga south after that i went to secondary school at Redeemer college Akwanga. I'm a past student of college of Educationd Akwanga Nasarawa state i started 2009 study Business Education and i graduated 2011. In my family we're six in numbers three Boy's three girl's and am the first. Am a lover of music I love singing.
I grew up being a lover of music and in specific , christian music. Even as a teenage boy I started learning how to play the keyboard. My journey in keyboard learning wasn't an easy one most especially due to the fact that I didnt had any tutor, and that was because I couldn't afford any. But despite these I didnt allowed myself to be discouraged, I rather encouraged myself and followed some YouTube tutorials and that has landed me where I am today.
I hail from Nigeria, and I am Arum by tribe, we are a beautiful tribe from Wamba Local government in Nasarawa State. I am a graduate of College of Education, Akwanga, Nasarawa State. The school is located at where I currently reside. Yes I reside in the town of Akwanga with my parents and my siblings. We are a family of six, I am the first daughter out of four ladies, the only soldier in my family is my dad.

Onboarder Application
OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. For more information about this program, please refer to this post.
If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:
Your Hive username.
The types of users you will be inviting.
The reason why you want to be part of the onboarding program.
Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!
Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
