Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello, My name is Florimar Silva, I am 36 years old, I’m Pisces, also i hace a twin Solimar Silva, she is my biggest support. we have very different personalities, but with the same passion for art and a dream, that hold us together every time. Since I was a child my interests have been related to Art. Hello everyone, let me introduce myself, my name is Tri Pratiwi, usually called "Prat", "Tiwi". I was born in Denpasar, Bali. My age is 25 years old. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in agriculture at Udayana University majoring in agribusiness, now I work at financial company. In my daily life, apart from working, I also like to do other activities such as sports, writing, reading and traveling.

Wazzup! It's me—Ann, a literature student who feels like the world is ending when I have to read multiple novels for academic reasons. Ironic, isn’t it? I am 22 years old, born and raised in the industrial land of Cebu. I came from a humble family with humble beginnings. I was born illegitimate and have not seen my father ever since. My mother got married legitimately when I was four, and I was left with my grandparents. I grew up hearing the deep words from the oldies, and I adopted these traits. I also grew up with my male cousins, so I had a boyish character as a kid. I loved watching action movies back then, but now, as an adult, I prefer medical dramas like Trauma Code: Heroes on Call and Dr. Romantic.

I’m Danver A. Salinas—18 years old, currently navigating life in Cebu City while studying Bachelor of Philosophy at the University of San Carlos. But before we dive into the present, let’s rewind a bit and start from the beginning.

First I want to introduce myself, I am Glyden Gie Miras Labor, 19 years old, from Upper Usugan Bonifacio Misamis Occidental. And I am a first Year college student at Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Government College (ZDSPGC), and getting a course of Associate in Computer Technology (ACT). And graduating Grade-12 in Upper Usugan National Comprehensive High School. And I am NCII passer of TVL-ICT track. I am the youngest daughter of Levie Labor and Genaro Labor.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
