Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

But let me introduce myself first. My name is Honeylyn Obando Patalinghug, 28 and was born on September 26, 1995. I am currently residing at barangay Mainit, City of Naga, Cebu. Both of my parents are born on the same town as I am. Growing up wasn’t that easy and it takes a lot of courage to pursue my dreams and thankfully my parents were able to send me to school. I finished my tertiary level year 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management and recently I also took up Diploma in Professional Education. And after finishing college, that’s when the reality of life started. There’s no way of knowing of what life will be like or what it will be. Let us all cheer up!

Hello everyone, my name is Melchor Jay Cal. I'm 20 years old and I live in Ilaya, Danao City. I'm an incoming third-year college student at CTU-Danao (Cebu Technological University) pursuing a Bachelor of Industrial Technology, major in computers.

My life’s journey started when I was three years old. At that time, I can really say that I already know what’s happening around me. I grew up in a place where hardship is just normal. I can see all the people surrounding me are striving hard to survive in cruel world. But for me, It’s nothing. I was just a little kid and just wants to have fun every day.

Hello beautiful people of Hive! I am Dina Ivy Playda Llamoren from the third-class Municipality of Tabogon in the Province of Cebu. I am 20 years old. I was born on September 26, 2003, in Maravilla, Tabuelan, Cebu. I was born there and raised in Mabuli, Tabogon, Cebu. I am a September Libra, just like my horoscope symbol, a 'scale'. I embody justice, love to create harmony, and thrive for unity. I love playing with my dog's namely: Chelsea, Margaux, Reeve, George, and Knoa. I find solace when I am with them they are my best buddy, I treated them as my own. At first my father was against with having a dogs since their last dog died due to food poisoning, but now my father welcome my dogs and treat them as a member of our family.

My elder sister took me with her when I was 8 years old and since then she took responsibility for everything that concerns me. While growing up I hated school and will always sneak out of school to my friends house and play the whole day. This really led to my poor performance in school I couldn't read nor write. My mom changed my school from day nursery and primary school to foundation nursery and primary school obi L.G.A nasarawa state, still there was no improvement so she changed my school again to disciple nursery and primary school obi then I began to pick up.

Hi there Hivers! Though everyone lovingly calls me Carms, my name is Carmela age 22, from Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines. Let's go through the details of my life to gain a deeper understanding of my world. A large part of who I am now has been molded by my nature in Mandaue City, a busy urban center in Cebu. My early years were richly surrounded by the city's vigorous environment and vibrant culture. My life is full of content, educational opportunities, and personally developing experiences despite the difficulties. I am an average young woman with two older brothers, a hard-working mother, and a father.💯

Hello every one, my name is Elisha Bawa, preferred to be nickname ELIDON. I’m a citizen of Nasarawa state hail from Amaha community of Kokona LGA Nasarawa State Nigeria. I’m the second child of my family born on 6th JAN-1997 with four other siblings, we are three boys and three girls with a gender pattern of xx, xy,xx,xy, xx and xy.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
