Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hi there, it’s me, Beverly Justine Verallo but you may call me Bev for short. Some calls me Bing, Berly, Berlay, Beverloy, Berl or Bevang – whatever your preference. I am working as a Legislative Assistant at LGU – City of Bogo for quite some time now. Bev is a fun and outgoing Sagittarius who always seeks adventure and thrill in life. A woman who always seeks for something new and something to look forward to in order to make her life more exciting.

What I do and my hobbies Apart from my academics, I am an entrepreneur and farmer, business minded person. My hobbies are: watching movies of any kind and type, watching and playing football, chatting and listening to music which help me relax my nerves.

As far as I can remember, my parents did not have the chance to finish at least high school, but still they strived hard to provide for and support our daily needs. Even though we are not that rich, I can always say that I have the best family who is very supportive and a good provider of our needs. Sadly, my father died because of smoking. I was thirteen years old at the time and still studying in my first year of high school. Despite what happened, my mother is always there to support us. To make a long story short, here I am: finally, we have a degree holder in our family. While writing this, I felt emotional and amazed at how we surpassed those challenging times back then.

Hi, I am pleased to meet each creative mind, generous heart, and beautiful soul here. I am RoseAlign, 26, from the rocky mountain of the northern part of the oldest city of the Philippines. I am recently connected with the Department of Education, and I have been religiously working my best to catch my students' attention so they can learn. Though they have lots of imperfections and a lot of differentiated instruction to be made, yet, I still love to teach them and transform their lives by unleashing the great perspective within them.

I just wanted to introduce myself so that we can meet and greet each other in this platform. By the way, I am Katrine Carla S. Tura. I am thirty years of age. I am the middle child of three and I have an older sister from my father in a different mother. I am an optimistic person. I can turn a negative situation into a lighter one from my perspective so that I cannot feel any heavy burden in my heart. For me, having a heavy heart means you have no power to control yourself and mostly it will lead you to sadness and depression at worst if not properly handled.

Greetings to all my fellow bloggers, my name is Erma and I came from the family of farmers. I am 31 years old and the eldest among the five children. Since my childhood, we went to the farm together with my parents. At an early age, we are trained of the life of being a farmer. We do the pulling of weeds, planting crops, nourishing the crops with fertilizer, and of course harvesting. I am just lucky enough that despite our financial difficulties our parents were able to send us to school. I also engage into entrepreneurship during my primary years. I'm going to bring my mother's homemade coconut candies to school to sell to my peers. Our meals would come from the sales of the coconut candies. When mom cooked noodles or sardines for us, our dinner was already fantastic. If my classmates are eating hotdogs, sausage, and other processed meals for lunch, we already consider them to be well-off.

Hello, my name is Irene Velandia. I am 17 years old, born on July 24, 2006, in Caracas, Venezuela. I have lived with my mom and grandma since I was 12, and sometimes I visit my dad. I graduated high school and now study at the National Experimental University of the Arts (UNEARTE). I am a friendly, shy, intelligent, affectionate, and kind person. I like animals and hanging out with my friends.

My name is Karelia, I am 19 years old, and I was born in Caracas, Venezuela. I am a student of fine arts and will soon be studying psychology. I enjoy drawing both traditionally and digitally, although my passion is definitely traditional art. I love the process of getting messy while creating. I adore reading, and my favorite literary genres are romance, psychology, and young adult novels. I also love writing short stories and poetry. I used to sing and act when I was younger, but I stopped due to stage fright. I am interested in everything related to fine arts, I work with clay and flexible dough, I enjoy painting with acrylics and watercolors, and I recite what I write. I am a fan of classical music, rock, pop, ballads, and music from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. I also love collecting things that I find interesting. My art professor @nahupuku show me this Hive platform and Im here making my first post.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
