Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

I would love to add a new perspective on how people see me without actually knowing it as they read my stories. But as much as I value first impressions,I would rather let you read my stories while having an idea of who I really am. Hi, I'm Jjesibiel, and allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Bryan Darrell. My family members call me Darrell; others call me Bryan. Either way is fine. I am from Medellin, Cebu. My age? It’s a secret. I am not young, but not old (hahahaha), have a guess. I am a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Information Systems program at the University of Cebu-Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue.

People's first impression towards me is strict and snobbish but when we get together, it turns out to be the other way around. I'm just a moody person and I can describe myself as an intrapersonal or introverted person because I hate crowded places although not at all times. I remembered something from my mentor as she said, "if you can master loneliness, you can survive and succeed because you'll realize soon that you're not alone in this place".

Opportunity comes once. When you have it, don’t waste it. Grab it! Many are so blessed to have parents who are professionals, rich, and financially stable and can afford to support their children in their studies until college. Honestly, it made me jealous before. It was a bit unfair for me. Some of my batchmates did not pursue college because of a lack of interest even if their parents could afford to, and I who was very eager to continue my studies was not given a chance because of financial problems. I had no choice.

I have an interest in books, mostly novels, fantasy, mythology (especially Greek), and magical worlds really attract me. I can't remember the first book I read, but I do remember the first one I fell in love with and how it happened. At the time, I was in the fourth grade and had a friend who was the "brainiac" of the class, named Matheus. He proposed a game: who could read more pages per day while understanding the story we were reading. And the first book was Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. I love the series, and today I consider myself a Slytherin at heart and bear the Dark Mark.

Hallo, Kaye is my name as the sound of 'k'.It came from the name of a Philippine female artist, which is Kaye Abad. My mother named me after this female artist for a funny reason; my father doesn't want me to have a long name. My name was supposed to be Hansel Jane, which came from the tail entitled Hansel and Gretel, because my mom is fond of watching it when she was pregnant with me.

I am the eldest, and I'm 22 years old. I was born in one of the barangays of Kabankalan City in the month of May. Living and growing up in the rural part of the city makes me wonder, experience things like others don't, and enjoy the peaceful ambiance that nature gives.

Hello, everyone. I am Shane Canque Baruiz most of my friends call me "Sheng" and some may call me "Shen".I am a 19-year-old girl. Situated in the southern part of Cebu, San Fernando. I graduated Senior High School recently with flying colors. I love unraveling things that are yet to be discovered. A little while back I received special recognition for the Best in Research.

My name is @iviex and I am a tenth-grade student in San Remigio National High School, Poblacion, San Remigio. It is a fortune for me to have my parents around and be part of a complete family. I’m an only child but not spoilt rather treasure the affection and support for my family. The year 2008 witnessed my birth as an Aries baby- this implies that I associate these attributes with myself. In our family setting, my mother functions as a secretary and my father works as a port attender. Thus, I live an average life; I am happy with what I have got and try to derive maximum benefit out of it. Academically, I excel although if compared with others students, am just average. Public speaking is something that makes me sweat but among friends they call me outgoing and humorously talkative person. Moreover, there are some extra subjects taught in the school’s special program curriculum like grade 10 Advanced Chemistry and Research II. Living here in San Remigio, I enjoy the purity of the place where it surrounds me so much; feeling belongingness gives peace for one another in my community. On the whole though, having a stable loving family; supportive friends who can help me grow academically or even personally has been well enough for me.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
