Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Let me introduce my self. My name is Anita Puji A. Usually called Anita. I am 24 years old, I was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia.

I'm Israel by name, I'm aged twenty, A Christian by religion, am also known as Trojan and sometimes Tee. I’m a student of FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY MINNA currently in my 3rd year. I study Electrical/Electronic Engineering as a course. I was introduced to this platform by @starstrings01 and @k-banti who are long-time friends. They told me hive is a community of creative and talented minds where one post and earn you a lot based on the quality of the post. They said it's a limitless platform where anyone of any class can join. What amazes me the most isn't the earnings but how much passion they individually have especially when talking about the community. So, I made that decision also to be among the greatest team, where we make one another happy and share joy and also earn.

Hello Hive! A newbie here, @itsmezoe. I have been introduced to hive two weeks ago and I just decided to create my own account just recently. My onboarder, @nikkabomb has been really generous with her knowledge about this blockchain. As a mass communication graduate, I have a background in photography and journalism. And my previous jobs were in the news and entertainment industry. And that is the reason why I've been interested in this platform. I just didn't join right away because I took the time to be more familiar with the platform and to be able to fully understand how hive works. @nikkabomb is the first person who has introduced me to the world of cryptocurrencies. I am now so excited to finally be part of this community.

My name is Carla, or you can call me @arkicarls (sounds like ate Carls as well) from the super south-side of Cebu. Super south because our accent/tone when speaking differs from the people in the city and I’m proud of it, though others may put a joke about it and it’s totally fine for me. Provincial life is the best. Getting here in the fast-paced city made me miss my hometown even more. I’m not saying the city is bad but as I got older, I found simplicity, peace, and calm more appealing and delightful. Plus, nature is so therapeutic! And a lot of free fruit and veggies are freshly picked in our backyard or our neighbor’s lol!

I'm Cliven, you can also call me Clive. I never thought that this platform exist up until I met my colleague @explorewithsasha. She shared to me her new hobby which is writing and I'm very interested as I have a lot of things to share with you and interest that might caught your attention. My main goal is to gain experience and also improve my skills in communicating and writing. I know that meeting a lot of great people here with a lot of experience will help me improve and achieve my goals.

Hello, Hive world! Please call me Kach. This is a new nickname I come up for myself and for blogging. Don't worry, this is not too far from my really long real name. Kar is what people know of me and call me. But for quite a long time now, I feel like it's too common. No offense to all "Kar" or my sangay out there. Please dont get me wrong —I love my nickname and the real name my parents gave me and anyone can still call me that way if they want to. But after all the moments of being-'Hit'-in-the-NBI-every-year, somehow I feel like giving myself a new one and really owning it as if no one also has it but me. Can you feel me? Yes, I am giving me so much self love right now. ❤︎

Dzung is my name and I am a local tour guide. I'm now living and working in Quang Binh, which is a great region. I had the fortunate opportunity to approach and know about the Hive community for the first time through my wife's acquaintance,@trangbaby, introduce myself and my small family to everyone in this community.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
