Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello, I'm José Landaeta, I was born on 12/18/1994, self-taught and entrepreneur in this world for more than 2 years, right in the middle of the pandemic, having more free time than usual, I investigated cryptocurrencies, a gamer since childhood, I went through the Play to Earn, in the midst of the fomo of Axie Infinity and PVU it was love at first sight, I had my first profits and I immersed myself in NFTs, to pass the time when a Bear Market was approaching I began to study more about cryptos and the entire ecosystem In general, which I was unaware of, after 2 years today I am dedicated to marketing different projects and communities in Web 3.0, serving as Advisor and Ambassador of recognized projects.

I have a common name; a feminine one. But I prefer to be called “Pat”. Still a common nickname that people would wonder for a second if it is a guy or a woman’s name right? Thank God that I appear younger than 28 years old. I guess age is really just a number at all. I was born and raised in Makati City, Philippines. Yes, I have been rocking this city for twenty six years and I left the country last year for career growth. Now, I am currently in South Carolina, USA.

Firstly, I am svetlana08 (well not my real name, just my username). I'm the eldest in the family. My mother is a teacher assigned to Camotes Island. Currently, I'm 15 years old and will turn 16 next year. I find myself an ambivert. I'm most likely quiet but very loud to the people I'm close with. Why? Because when I'm with someone I'm close with, I am comfortable and the true me comes out. In my circle of friends, I'm the photographer, I'm the one who always captures the little moments that I spent with them. These little moments will never happen again but will always be remembered.

So, let me introduce myself. My real name is Justine Nicole N. Sunit, you can call me “coco” to keep it short. Well honestly, it took me some time to come up for a nickname since I don’t have one. And I wanted something cute, so I decided to create a nickname for myself.

Again, I'm Sumari09. It's a social media, games, and just accounts surname that I got a reference to the warriors of premodern Japan which is called a samurai. I didn't choose to name myself the same as a samurai because I learned something or some quotes in life. I mean I know there are some good quotes a samurai has, like the famous Miyamoto Musashi quotes. I choose to name myself the same as a samurai because I love the Japanese culture and samurais are pretty cool, and being me, I love cool stuff very much.

Hello, good morning friends of Hive #Hivesucre, my name is Luis Raúl Díaz Pietri, I am 26 years old, I am Venezuelan born in Cumaná, Sucre state (the best city, the best beaches and the best name in Venezuela) I have Italian descent and relationship with our distinguished Venezuelan intellectual Uslar Pietri sowing oil runs in my veins, I am characterized by being a very disciplined person who achieves his objectives in the course of life.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
