Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello! Friends of Hive, today I have the pleasure to introduce myself to you, my name is RAFAEL PARRA, but since some time ago, I adopted the word LEAFARP as the name of my personal brand.

It all started at the university, where I began to identify the resources and teaching materials that I developed, to execute the practices and present the evaluations of the different subjects. The name LEAFARP arose from the procedure that consists of creating a word from the rearrangement of the letters of another word, better known as anagram.

Young and untamed. Creative and innate. Adventurer and curious, yet, mostly erudite and modest. Few words, as an introductory. However, this is not my piece's ending. Withal, the story is yet to arise to the next event. So, I look forward to all of you witnessing my next chapters and as I get back. My stories will apprise all of you, me as the protagonist. My name is Pearly_shell, a public school teacher, 28 years old from the land of Tabogon, Cebu, Philippines. We are five siblings and I am the eldest daughter in the family. Throwing back some memories when I was a little is so different from the normal kid. As you read my life story, please don't feel sorry for me. Instead, let it remind you of how blessed you are to have had a happy childhood.

Hello friends, how are you? My name is Wilfredo Javier. I am Venezuelan, I was born in Barquisimeto, Lara state. Thanks to Jehovah God Almighty and my parents. Professor Rafael Torrealba. And to my mother Gladys Isabel. I am father of Dayenis Gabriela and Fernando Javier. Grandfather of Arantza Gabriela. At this moment without any sentimental relationship. I studied at the Universidad Nacional Experimental de los Llanos. Ezequiel Zamora. I graduated as Agricultural Engineer in 1993. . Currently I have 8 years working in the Agrarian Development Fund, FONDAS. Where I work as a field technician, my job is to provide advice and technical support to small producers. Also since last year I started teaching Statistics and Pastures and Forages at the National Experimental University Simon Rodriguez in Barquisimeto.

As my Mom said to me, before she passed away, “You’re in control of your own destiny”. Hi, the name is Janen L. Narido, age is 21. I was raised by a Single Mother all my life and living my life independently for over a year now, after my mom’s death, the day when the Lord said to me that, its time for me to take my own path on my own. Giving my best every day as my Mom raised me to be a strong woman like her. I believe this should be my motivation hence living alone.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
