OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 884th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

A few days ago here it has not stopped raining and many of us in our homes observe more and more leaks that in the past we did not see . The heavy rains ⛈️ have caused houses in appearance look good, many of us have to put peroles 🧺, plastic containers and any container that can serve as storage for leaks everywhere.

As you know these processes are usually a little long and sometimes even complicated, in my case I started this process, from the month of September and fortunately, I managed to enter these days in a day in which the relevant agencies perform legal procedures for migrants in an accelerated manner or without prior appointment, which for us is very beneficial, as it saves me several trips to the city of Guayaquil which is even further away and is where these procedures are performed.

It took me about a week to harvest my carrots this year, the weather was not very cooperative. However, today I want to share some tips on how to store fruits and vegetables to be able to consume them in the winter season.

Today I´m doing some pesto, I haven't done it since I was on a cooking course and it was not vegan, now I've been thinking about it, but the times I have nuts, almonds, or peanuts, I eat them haha I don't have the patience to cook something with them because I love them as is. But now I have sesame! And I know it is a wonderful ingredient to make a paste, it's a good source of fat, protein, and minerals, so I decided to use it as the base ingredient for my pesto.

We decided to make Venezuelan style Chinese rice, the first time I ventured to make this type of dish, I was guided by a video on tiktok where they explain the procedure very well, the tiktok account is called chinoylatina, I wanted to organize myself as best as I could so that everything went wonderfully, I wanted my mom to feel very special since it was her moment.
