OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 844th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

You didn't see this coming, did you? Neither did I but I've been looking into old stuff and found out tons of my mom's old recipe books. I gotta eat anyway, so why not have fun in the process, learn and share some ideas?! Let's start with a fairly simple 'chicken soup with "buns"'.

Whenever it comes to being productive or handling any sort of work, my mind has its distinct other-worldly ways of functioning; relying on a few strange tactics that may seem odd to the very normal and real world. The image I've attached here is a perfect example I'd say, it shows the inside mechanics and my whole thought process quite accurately. Showing that no matter how random and cluttered the process may appear, it still is working well and holding the structure in place.

In my home, very few times have we had assistants for housework and especially, in the stage when the children went to school and dad and mom to their workplaces, it was a habit to leave all the clothes organized on the weekend. These tasks were carried out between Saturday and Sunday; but on Saturday the shopping was done and many times we ate out. Of course, between one thing and another, we took the opportunity to wash and dry the clothes. I did the ironing when it was essential to do it.

How are you, It's been a few hours of the day, but I wish everyone a good afternoon. The rainy weather in our country has not decreased so far, it has increased. Therefore, how can you enjoy a hot meal, your favorite food at this time? So, today I have brought you a very delicious dish for that.So this dish is called 'Sprats Cart(karawala cart). That's because it adds a lot of ingredients. However, let's see how to make it now.

In my previous post, I talked about shredding leaves for garden mulch. That is an on-going project right now, but there are other things that also need to get done before the cold of winter settles in. In this post, I'll be covering a few of those projects.

But I have been doing a lot of self-care in the past year, and I figure it's time for me to return to my roots and do pencil portraits. I love making doodle and stencil art, but I am happiest when working with pencils. There is something special about working with a portrait, just staring at facial features and gently trying to capture their likeness on paper. Sometimes I fell in love with my subjects, and sometimes I felt great empathy for them. I remember weeping while sketching a portrait of a friend's dad, who had passed away. He painfully reminded me of my father, who passed away 22 years ago. Had my dad lived, he probably would look like that, wrinkly skin dotted with age spots and gentle, kind eyes with fading sight. But my dad didn't have the privilege to live until old age. He passed away when he was 60. He had been gone for 2 solid decades, but it still pains me to talk about him because I was close to him, and perhaps someday I will write a post about him or perhaps not. Sometimes deeply buried pain is better staying buried in private grief.

This week I have had the peculiarity that "the cousin in red" or "my period" has come to visit me and that makes women retain much more fluids and also, we are sore so we don't feel like exercising, and if we add to that that we also get cravings ... well, it's worse.

We often forget how important The Beach Boys have been in the history of music. In the United States, they are known as the "Beatles" of America. But in my opinion, I believe that the contribution of this band lies in the authenticity they had at the time and the everlasting relationship they had with joy. In other words, it is impossible to be sad or feel bad while listening to this peculiar pop and rock band. In this sense, it is curious to see how a group of brothers, a cousin and a childhood friend (of the founding brothers of The Beach Boys) could be so fundamental to understanding the rock movement, the rise of surfing and the culture of California. Undoubtedly one of the greatest rock and roll bands ever.

Gardening is a beautiful activity that can fill those who practice it with great benefits. In previous posts I have shared some of the benefits of planting at home, in the concrete jungle, because I have always thought that we can use any means to give life to a plant and take care of it at home. For this opportunity I will share with you an experience I had with the neighbors of planting a banana plant on the curb of the street of the urbanization in which I am living.

But when I woke up on the 22nd and I read some of the beautiful comments in my previous post, I realized they were so right. I had to celebrate that I am alive in this beautiful world for another year. So I changed my mood and started my special day.
