OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 588th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Happy Sunday to all my Hivers friends, due to outside issues I have been absent for a while, but I did not want to let this week go by without sharing with this community that has been like a niche for me since it was created, so I want to honor today a woman who left a legacy of struggle and perseverance in those who knew her.

Father's Day in Austria is always celebrated on the 2nd Sunday in June, exactly one month after Mother's Day. Since my dad is a huge cherry fan there was for him today a kind of "Schwarzwälder Cherry Roll", but without cherry brandy because of the great-grandchildren.

Several times I have mentioned how my cluttered childhood home inspired my minimalist lifestyle. Our house then was cluttered in every sense of the word and furniture was not left out. We had more furniture than space in the house and it was so annoying. I think of it now and it makes me laugh how annoyed I was when sometimes I'd look at the furniture and wish they'd be thrown out.

Last year we had a lot of fun fishing at the lake, catching the various fish that were on offer there such as largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, white perch, black bass / crappie, and even a catfish! One of the fish that took us really long to catch for some reason was a pickerel.

How to describe how happy a person can make you feel, it is incredible how when you have losses in your life so often, that you have so much pain that you no longer feel anything but such a big emptiness, a huge hole in your chest that does not let you breathe and if it does let you breathe only a few breaths, in my life I have had very big pains, hollows of emptiness so huge that they are irreparable, people who have left my life forever and who leave me an emptiness that is not so easy to fill, to describe how a suffering heart feels is not an easy task, to describe the pain of loss is nothing more than not finding words to say anything, you just want to remain silent, to reflect on what your life will consist of in the future and how you will try to cope with so many situations to come, it is an indescribable feeling that you cry, that hurts, that burns, you feel that it burns deep in your soul, in your heart, you just sit down and bend down to cry and ask yourself why the people you love the most are dying. .. Because you can't let them go... Why there is so much evil and it doesn't go away, but the only good thing you have in life does go away, it is not as eternal as evil, you question yourself so many times in moving forward, you question everything you do, you look for ways to see yourself bad in everything, those who over think things, we tend to reflect even on the good things that happen to us and say if we deserve it, that's what I want to get to, to say that we do deserve good things, even when we are not beings created to perfection, we are beings that deserve opportunities to be happy, our time to be happy comes, it arrives. .. The moment that we love to be happy, it comes.... That moment... Where we say "here I want to be always, this is the way I want to be always"...
