OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 587th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

When I was doing this compilation for the last time, I almost missed the whole month and I did it at the end of May for April... This time, I remembered earlier to do it! So here we are with the compilation from last month!

For several days now I have been craving for Ceviche, Seafood Salpicon, stuffed shrimps.... I didn't want to eat red meat or chicken for a long time. By chance, I was going to the supermarket to buy vegetables to sauté them and vary the menu a little. But when I got to the supermarket, I found out that they had opened a fish market across the street and I decided to go in and look around.

The apple camburano was chosen for this delicious drink. This fruit is very consumed in my country Venezuela. It is small, plump and with a particular flavor, between sweet and sour very rich. This fruit has a high potassium content and is easy to digest.

Today marks our nation's Independence Day and to celebrate freedom, I decided to bring my sister and niblings to a hike. My. Yangbew is our go to because it's just near us. From our house to the base of the said mountain is about a 20-minute hike and another 30 minutes more or less to get to the top.

It's been a few days the weather in Taiwan is very bad. Rain, wind and cold. So many people decide to stay at home. To survive the full winter and rainy season and decided to steam the pumpkin and saute broccoli, carrots and dried mushrooms. I got the ingredients from the refrigerator, which some time ago I bought at the market near my house.

The place we went, is where the people of our village have their vineyards. It is pretty obvious that once upon a time they also had gardens here and many fruit trees, now most of them are abandoned, so a great opportunity for some foraging for us and crazy running for our canine companion :)

A few days ago, I made agar-agar. 2 layers of agar-agar. One layer was coconut milk agar-agar, the other layer was orange agar-agar. Agar-agar is a jelly-like food, in which the agar-agar is made from seaweed without any konyaku. Both agar-agar and jelly, are usually used as desserts.

We, Filipinos are commemorating our 124th Independence Day and it's a weekend my family and I travelled to Pampanga and Bataan for some business. We left for Gua-Gua Pampanga past 7am because we will be meeting someone there. After our meet up at around 10am we then headed to Dinalupihan,Bataan for another meet up.

The brewery was founded is 2010, in Stockholm, by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin. At the beggining of production, they discussed more art than beer. They are widely recognized by how amazingly beautiful paintings they are putting on beer bottles and cans.

Greetings again to the lovers of stories, this time I share a story, where today's decisions will affect tomorrow, what is more important? our work or our family, our resources or the time we devote, a story where space will be our accomplice, I hope you like it.
