OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 333rd compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

You can't censor us - urbex around an abandoned factory

The title image for this post is rather appropriate, "you can't censor us!" to describe the decentralised social media blogging platform that is Hive!

I've done a few visits to Loxley near Sheffield mostly in the dark for lightpainting. I generally go check the place out in daylight first to see if there are any obvious pitfalls or dangerous holes in floors and anything which is gonna get me killed or maimed! This is a set from my initial recce around the place.

Like every year too, she tried to stay awake to see him when he arrived at midnight with the gifts. But achieving this was very difficult, since her mother had supported her and her little brothers the night before, helping to wash the banana leaves to prepare the “Hallacas” (a Venezuelan Christmas food) and doing small chores in the house until very late and on the night of the 24th, when they were sent to bed at 9 already they were sleepy.

[ES-EN] Análisis del Real Madrid vs Atlético de Madrid: En Camino al Título // Analysis of Real Madrid vs Atlético de Madrid: On the Road to the Title

Hello Hivers sports lovers, it is a pleasure to write again for all of you, Real Madrid has won a very important match in the Spanish soccer league, marking a string of very good results. Today I want to tell you my opinion about the merengue team, mentioning some key aspects that have led them to return to the path of victory and that with this result added to their good game makes them once again a team to be reckoned with in Europe. Perhaps at this moment they are not the biggest favorite in the Champions League, however, they are proving that they can go far and fight again for their favorite competition.

My Hobby, My Side Hustle!

I am not comfortable with different people making my hair as some hairstylists lack patience and pay little to no attention to details with the client’s hair. So while I was in school, I would make my own hair by myself.

Lover's Paradise, Esplanade Miri. A place to have a lovely lovely time.

In any city, there are definitely lots of places where lovers can go dating, families can have their family days but this is a place that is mostly frequented by couples. It's one of the romantic places for couples or married couples. Sarawak is not known for its shopping malls like the capital of Malaysia but more on its natural getaways.

Aguacate of my heart - [ESP-ENG]

I introduce myself with one of the green fruits that I am passionate about, and is a daily companion of my meals: avocado.

Among its many benefits I can mention, it reduces cholesterol, high in fiber, rich in vitamins, lowers blood pressure and contains magnesium.
Its seed prepared in infusion works as a digestive and anti-inflammatory.

A Thorough Sound Test

Having an instrument inspected by a musician is something different. There's a lot of expectations before arriving to the place or having them come to your workshop. Hopes are high, but also the fear of find out something has gone wrong and you need to step back. Retrace what went wrong. Maybe it is a minor issue. Maybe not. A lot comes to mind before putting an instrument in the hands of it's intended user.

THE INTERNAL STRUGGLE // LA LUCHA INTERNA

When we make a change in our life to improve our behavior, the internal struggle is desperate, since your other self wants to do things that the new self does not allow, which is why the spiritual strength you have plays a determining role in any situation that involves deciding between the influence of the past and the present.

My City Bathed in Light! + Daily Runes

For years I've been seeing the rebirth of my country, but I was pretty alone in this regard. Most of the people I've talked to about this have either ignored me, bashed me for my naiveté or looked at me as if I was crazy or a fool. At first, I did this only to spread hope that things could change, but my vision slowly transformed into something different and I stopped talking as frequently about the rebirth and its implications. I realized that my country(wo)men were too attached to a Venezuela that had died and the pain of having lost it defined how they saw the new country that was arising. By speaking of my vision, I was inadvertently sticking my finger in an open wound, a form of disrespect on my part even if my intention was good. I resolved to stop mentioning the subject and only made some publication about it once in a while; if someone asked, I replied honestly without lying about what I knew was taking place, but I didn't go into much detail. Simultaneously, I continued my work to bring forth the awareness of Light everywhere I walked both physically and spiritually.
